Welcome To The Admissions Experience
White Plains Center for Nursing Care accepts admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our Admissions staff work closely with your care providers to make your admission process to our facility a smooth and pleasant experience. The Director of Admissions will be glad to provide answers to any questions you may have. Office hours and visiting hours are available for your convenience.
Members of the White Plains Interdisciplinary team follow up with patients and families with regard to care planning, progress reports, short term and long-term goals, therapy and nursing care. The Director of Social Services assists with all discharge planning as well as setting up proper homecare services and other in-home services and/or equipment required upon discharge.
